More meals added to our new elevated range

At Parsley Box we love sharing our passion for good food by creating tasty and convenient meals, and most importantly, giving our customers plenty of great choices.

Our Product Development team, headed up by experienced ready-meal guru Cassandra Suddes, has been busy developing a whole new range of our cupboard-stored meals. Some dishes from this new, elevated range were released in September and now we are happy to announce the addition of eight more.

These meals are all made using the same Parsley Box pressure-cooking method; allowing them to be stored in the cupboard for up to six months and heated through in the microwave in a matter of minutes.

There’s more to come

We also have plans to launch additional meals in our Asian range next month, with even more coming into stock in 2022.

At Parsley Box we are always striving to find new and better ways of providing a wide and continuously updated variety of quality UK-made meals for our customers.

A quick peek at what’s new in stock

All Day Breakfast

2 British pork sausages with smokey bacon, beans and button mushrooms in a tomato sauce.

To make the dish even more delicious, we like to add either ketchup or brown HP sauce. Mop up the juices with some buttered toast or fried bread. Hash browns also make a very tasty addition.

Braised Steak & Ale

Melt-in-the-mouth diced British and Irish chuck steak in a rich, beef stock and Black Sheep Ale gravy flavoured with a splash of Worcester sauce and with chunks of skin-on British potatoes, carrot & celeriac seasoned with thyme, rosemary and cracked black pepper.

Liver & Bacon with Mash

Lamb’s liver in a rich onion gravy with smoked bacon and creamy mashed potato.

To pair with this meal, you can’t go wrong with some buttered cabbage – savoy, Cavolo Nero – or mustard greens.

Sausage & Mash

British pork sausages in a rich onion gravy seasoned with balsamic vinegar and cracked black pepper with a buttery British mashed potato.

If you don’t drink beer, then a hearty red wine like Malbec would pair well with this meal. Cider would also be a perfect partner to the seasoned, herby pork sausages.

Steak & Kidney with Mash

Chunks of British and Irish chuck steak and beef kidney in a rich chestnut mushroom & onion gravy, seasoned with a splash of Worcester Sauce, parsley & thyme served with creamy British mash.

This meal is delicious on it’s own or with some fresh, buttered garden peas.

Apple Crumble

It’s not just main meals that are new on our menu – one of the great British puds, this warming apple crumble is topped with a butter oaty crumble.

Simply heat in the microwave for less than a minute and add our delicious Madagascan Vanilla Custard before tucking into this comforting, seasonal pudding.

Rhubarb Crumble

Chunks of deliciously tart rhubarb topped with an all butter oaty crumble.

A small glass of strong, sweet wine would be the obvious drink pairing for this pudding, but a coffee or a strong cup of tea would also make a lovely addition.

Plum & Ginger Crumble

This comfort food classic of British plum pieces and warming crystallised ginger crumble with an all butter oaty topping is a feel-good, easy pudding for those cosy wintery nights.
