Brand new dishes and re-imagined classics

At Parsley Box we love sharing our passion for good food by creating tasty and convenient meals, and most importantly, giving our customers plenty of great choices.

Our Product Development team, headed up by experienced ready-meal guru Cassandra Suddes, has been busy developing a collection of new Asian meals for our cupboard-stored range. Our curries and rice dishes are incredibly popular with our customers and we are very excited to have several new versions to offer.

The new additions to our Asian range are all made using the same Parsley Box pressure-cooking method; allowing them to be stored in the cupboard for up to six months and heated through in the microwave in a matter of minutes; the perfect meal for a Saturday night in watching Strictly on the telly.

There’s more to come

In an effort to keep our menu continuously fresh and seasonal, we have plans to launch additional meals across a variety of our ranges in 2022 so there will always be something new to try at Parsley Box.

We are always striving to find new and better ways of providing a wide variety of high quality UK-made meals for our customers.

A quick peek at what’s new in stock

Sweet & Sour Chicken

Enjoy your Chinese Takeaway favourite – a tasty meal of succulent chunks of British chicken mini fillets in a tangy, sweet and sour sauce with red peppers, pineapple pieces, carrot and water chestnuts.

Chicken with Ginger & Lemon Sauce

Succulent chunks of British chicken mini fillets in a fragrant and tangy ginger and lemon sauce with creamed and desiccated coconut spiced with red chilli, coriander & turmeric. Baby sweetcorn and red peppers give added crunch and colour.

Tarka Dhal

A mildly, spiced dhal made with soft, slow-cooked yellow split peas, red lentils and mustard seeds cooked with garlic, turmeric, fragrant Indian spices, tomatoes and coriander.

Chicken Korma

The word ‘korma‘ (or qorma) means ‘to braise’, or pan-sear. In the Pakistani and North Indian way of preparation, chicken is sautéed in ghee or oil and whole spices before a blend of yogurt and fried onions is added to produce a rich curry.

This version is a mild and creamy curry made with British chicken thigh chunks, coconut and Indian spices.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Succulent British chicken mini fillet in a spicy and fragrant sauce made with British single cream, natural yoghurt and Indian spices of ground coriander, fenugreek, cumin, turmeric and garam masala.

Bombay Potatoes

Fluffy chunks of British potatoes, richly spiced with Indian flavours — this Bombay potato recipe is the perfect side dish for any Indian meal!

Bombay potatoes are sometimes called Bombay aloo, aloo Bombay or alu Bombay, as aloo means potato and alu means edible root in the Hindi language.

Thai Green Chicken Curry

Succulent chunks of British chicken mini fillets in a fragrant and aromatic green Thai-inspired sauce with coconut milk and spiced with ginger, garlic, lemongrass, lime leaf, and green chillies.

Parsley Box offers efficient delivery and convenient ordering via whichever method you prefer (online, by phone or through the post).
